利用規約

（権利関係）

第１条　日本大学法学部は，日本大学図書館法学部分館のウェブサイトに掲載するすべての資料 （以下「本資料」という）の著作権を保持する。

（利用条件）

第２条　利用者が，本資料の全部または一部を複製，改変，頒布，公衆送信，翻訳等による利用をするためには，日本大学法学部の事前の許可を得なければならない。

第３条　前条の規定にかかわらず，本資料を非営利の教育・学術目的で利用をするときには，利用者は，次の各号に掲げる条件をすべて満たす場合に限り，前条の許可を得ることなく本資料を利用することができる。ただし，日本大学法学部が条件を満たさないと判断した場合には，利用者に利用の停止を求めることができる。

① 非営利
　直接・間接を問わず営利目的で利用してはならない。

② 学術目的
　学術目的以外の目的で利用してはならない。

③ 出典表示
　次のとおり，出典を明示しなければならない。

④改変・翻訳等の明示
　改変（一部切り抜き等を含む），翻訳等を行った場合は，その旨を明示しなければならない。
　例：資料名（日本大学図書館法学部分館所蔵）を改変
　例：資料名（日本大学図書館法学部分館所蔵）の一部抜粋
　例：資料名（日本大学図書館法学部分館所蔵）の●●語訳（訳者）

⑤複製・頒布における成果物の寄贈
　本資料を利用して作成した書籍・論文・報告書・映像等の成果物がある場合には，完成後速やかにその１部を日本大学図書館法学部分館へ寄贈しなければならない。

The Terms of Use of Materials on the Website of Nihon University College of Law Library

(Rights)

Article 1 The College of Law, Nihon University, holds the copyright to all materials posted on the website of the Nihon University College of Law Library (hereinafter, “the Materials”).

(Terms of Use)

Article 2 Users must obtain prior permission from the College of Law, Nihon University before using the Materials, in whole or in part, by reproduction, adaptation, distribution, public transmission (making available to the public), translation, or any similar means.

Article 3 Notwithstanding the preceding article, when using the Materials for non-profit educational or scholarly purposes, users may do so without obtaining the permission set forth in the preceding article only if all the following conditions are satisfied. However, if the College of Law, Nihon University, determines that the conditions are not met, it may require the user to cease such use.

(i) Non-profit: The Materials must not be used for profit-making purposes, whether directly or indirectly.

(ii) Scholarly Purpose: The Materials must not be used for purposes other than scholarly purposes.

(iii) Attribution: The source must be clearly indicated as follows.

(iv) Indication of Alterations/Translations: If alterations (including partial cropping), translations, or similar modifications are made, this fact must be explicitly indicated.
 Example: “Title of item (Held by Nihon University College of Law Library), altered.”
 Example: “Excerpt from Title of item (Held by the Nihon University College of Law Library).”
 Example: “Title of item (Held by the Nihon University College of Law Library), [Language] translation (Translator).”

(v) Donation of Resulting Works: In cases where books, articles, reports, videos, or other works are produced using the Materials, a copy of such work must be donated to the Nihon University College of Law Library without delay upon completion.
